Sent my order via internet 8/29/08, received e-mail confirmation, was billed to my credit card, never received product. I

I ordered a PediPaws pet nail filer via the internet as at the time they were not available in stores. I sent my order via the internet on 8/29/08, received a confirmation & was billed to my credit card but as of today, 3/11/09, have yet to receive this product.

I Tried to order one item from a TV ad. I Could not deny additional offers from their automated sales pitch! My credit card then billed for additional items! No way of contacting TeleBrands!
