In CVS billed my old insurance company until I changed insurance. Okay. They billed the proper/current insurance company for only a short time. Then, out of the blue, they started billing my old company again and did for $600 worth of prescriptions until October. My old insurance company paid the claims and I paid my co-pays to CVS. Then out of the blue, they started billing my current insurance company. NOW, the old insurance company is coming after me for the money. The new insurance company will pay the claims, BUT CVS says can't do anything for me because the filled prescriptions are prior to 30 days of finding out this even happened! Convenient for them, don't you think?! I'm a month into this. The pharmacist (brilliant, helpful man he isn't), blew me off. CVS corporate is blowing me off. The old insurance company is demanding almost $600 from me. They all say it's up to me to get all the prescription information and fill out claim forms to re-submit to the current insurance company!!! Wtf?! I think suing for 3X damages in small claims here in my home town is the way to recoup my time at my current wage, expenses and cost of suing them. What do you think???
