This hotel double billed me (charged me twice). I eventually received a portion of the refund however there was a difference between the initial charge and the refund of approximately US$ 50. This could most likely be due to forex and/or bank charges. Although US$50 is of little significance to me... It is this hotels total lack of professionalism that bothers me. I do not see why I should suffer the shortfall because of this hotels incompetence.
