Mail has been missing for some time now. The mail is sorted by the local store into the mail boxes. Shoppers Drug Mart sent me to the post office stating that it's their fault. The post office states that while they deliver the letters in bulk to the shoppers store, that store sorts all mail the mailboxes. The Shoppers Drug Mart store in the Kensington Square in Burnaby continues to deny they know nothing about it. I'm filling this report so others know of the theft that goes on in that store and to be careful. I need my mail today.
