Never in my life have I experienced such a scam ordering process in my life! You call to order the workout as advertised, they get your CC number, then as soon as they have your number, you get SWARMED with offer after offer after offer and you have to stay on the line to decline it. I actually checked my timer on my cell phone and I was declining offers for 47 minutes! Finally I hung up and decided I would call customer service when I received the products to make sure I was not signed up for anything. They know they have you in the palm of their hand because they already have your cc number.
The workout tape is good so far. Im only on the first week but some parts you do need coordination for and it's difficult to do if you dont have good coordination. The ball is a little too large for my hands and hard to keep hold of for some of the exercise's.
