Ordered melt-it-off product... Didn't receive confirmation number by end of phone call. I called the company back to get a confirmation number and was told I had to wait 24hrs before they could give me a confirmation number. The order process is done thru automation system. You're offered various introductory/special offers in which you press 1 for yes and 0 for no. I pressed zero for absolutely everything. A week later I get a call from the company offering $100 gas card and special offer. The caller goes on to say that they charged my credit card account $1 dollar and if I did not want the special offer, I had 30 days to cancel it or my account will be charged $29.99 monthly. I was livid... I told them they were not authorize to take anything from my account other than the ordered product. I asked to speak to customer service and was transfer twice to company representative. I never got an opportunity to speak with customer service. First off, I purposely refused to take part in any special/introductory offers. I just wanted the product. When I finally received the box, I sent it back unopened. I will never order from this company again. Now all I want is my refund in full.
