My original charges were $200 in 2009. After making numerous payments which resulted in no decrease in the balance of the loan, I stopped payments. Now they tell me I owe $500, which I have no intention of paying. If their methods are not criminal, they should be. The rep who called me would not negotiate. If a class action suit is in the works or even a possibility, I would be very interested.
