This application never worked. The organization doesn't have immediate method of calling them. All emails visit a sub-contracted "tech-support" which will keep genterating emails with increased directions thatnot work. I invested lots of time looking to get the program to function. It doesn’t. I've invested 2 times looking to get a return. I now recognize I had been scammed by the corporation. Actually the domainname registry telephone number continues to be disconnected. Beware - don't buy this ineffective item. You'll never see your promissed reimbursement or obtain any conversation once they have taken your cash.
