Having problems with drivers I looked for a software to fix my problem. Found Driver Whiz and subscribe paying US$29.95. Paid with VISA Card. Order Ref. Since first day I tried to use program, as soon as trying open it, program shows a note in PC screen reading: "Driver Whiz has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"."If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost. Please tell MS about this problem. We have created an error report that yiu can send to help improve Driver Whiz. We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous." This I have done almost since first day of purchase and I have emailed them several times, but no answer. How could I do to get my money back considering this a deceiving offer or a scam?
