I saved it - it didn't trigger - got that determined after which the overall game crashes instantly, I worked using their customer support three times and did all they stated and nothing worked. I did so all this within 48-hours of purchase. I required a reimbursement and also have not noticed something back from their store - this support isn't worth the time and effort on the basis of the continuously changing surroundings with firewalls, 32-bit versus 64-bit OS's - there's an excessive amount of difficulty - for this support to function effectively.
