The Issue:
I play fps games on my pc. Many of these games have cheats that you can purchase from different companies and I mistakenly choose to go to the website fpscheats.com. After purchasing a 30 subscription to use these said cheats, I am on day 20 now and they don't work. Customer support is included in the subscription price, and I've yet to get any help from them at this point. The few people that I have spoken with on the issue attempt to shift the blame finger around, but never actually view the problem itself. You have to wait for a forum moderator to be online because they don't always have someone online, and when you do get someone time is limited by how long they are on, and the fact there are only a few of them to go around to all of their customers. They when responding they have offered nothing in the way of help or a solution so that I can use their services that I paid for.
When using their services, I do so by playing Combat Arms. It is an fps game online. The game itself is not associated with them, and when not using the cheats that I purchased the game plays just fine by itself. Once using the cheats the game does not work just fine.in fact it crashes the game. You can't even play it, and the services of purchase are absolutely useless!
Customer support is just as useless as the services they offer and there is nothing being done for me at all. I bought something, and they feel as if they don't have to give it to me. Looks like I need to get into their line of work. What a job!
