No access to tech support

Cyberlinkis application improvements cannot match newer blu ray disks. There's no method to contact their customer care actually by since the application was included and pre-mounted by Dell. Dell does not understand how to repair it. And so I possess a $3,000 pc that may perform a blu ray film and can't-get any assistance. I'm so fed up with being attached around by application businesses that market you anything after which wont supply any support. I will appear for additional application and wont use CYBERLINK items.
