I applied the test edition of Kasperskyis Internet Protection and preferred it, and so I chose to buy the permit for three pcs. Based on the firm's site, the price have been decreased from $79.95 to $49.95. I visited about the "Purchase" switch and examined, wishing that at checkout the decrease in cost could be shown.
It wasn't.
I had been charged top dollar.
I called customer support (an Indian call-center) and was informed I'd get a reimbursement for that distinction. Per week later I obtained an email communication telling me I'd obtained a refund, however it wasn't for that top dollar distinction — it had been a PARTIAL refund. After I named customer support (again - in India) the consultant didn't understand why I'd been provided merely a partial reimbursement, and that I couldn't consult with anybody who understood. The consultant advised me he'd place in a request for that remaining part of the reimbursement and that I might obtain an email communication in a later day concerning the firm's choice concerning the demand.
I asked if anybody might contact me, or if there is anybody I really could talk to in those days, who might inform me why I just obtained a partial reimbursement. I had been educated that Kaspersky doesn't contact clients and there's no body I will talk to.
Too bad. This may be really a great item, but bogus marketing is illegal. I wonder if Kaspersky may have somebody contact me after I document a using the Attorney-General?
