Won't work on my computer or my vlc player

I waisted our money on my charge card i do not need this system whatsoever! I'd like a reimbursement TODAY and that I cannot wait to have gone it. This can be a terriable item. I hate it. It's triggered me so much fustration and that I got no responce from their store before after I sent them Assist me resolve this or I'll be suing you. Mrs Peyton
