Hi everyone. I've been a metro customer for awhile and let me tell you this, I HATE IT!!! I don't recommended it at all. They're so unprofessional. I filed a report THREE TIMES and was told by a representative that I would have to wait 72 hours for them to investigate the problem. Then they told me I would have to wait an additional 1 to 2 months for me to receive the $50 reimbursement fee I was promised. I called 3 times because the first person told me I could stay with my phone connected until I receive the money in the mail. Liar! Second representative I spoke to had me go through the same process and had to file another report again but then again nothing happened. Third representative yet again had me go through the same hassle. This time I waited patiently and followed their every instructions. Two months pass by and I'm expecting the reimbursement check but nothing ever came in the mail. I call today (April 30th) and I'm being told that they never even reported my claim!!! That's its not even in the system!!! I told the representative thmetroat they gave me a confirmation number and he told me that it doesn't matter there's nothing in the system. I was enraged!!! Metro PCS you have lousy, unprofessional, worthless employees who don't know how to run a business. I'm also talking about you guys in Coperate. I'm NEVER going back to metro, NEVER!!!
