I emailed the company on a technical issue with a trial version of RKS Fax for Vista. They accused me of trying to cheat the expiry date, corrected a spelling mistake and told me to move on. My impression is they seem to have no interest solving technical issues, developing a loyal customer base, and little business acumen.
