I tried to do taxes on IPhone I was required to pay before I filed and I did pay but filing didn't go through as software is not really working that was admitted by customer care, all my information was transferred online and I completed return online but was required to pay again, I called to technical support and we tried to file taxes new technical issues occurred at this time and technical support agent just hang up on me. I spent 6 hours dealing with agents and got no result but was charged and TurboTax said I have to claim refund from AppleStore. It is after midnight what a loss of time.
