The store is very quick to take your money. But when it comes to actually getting the product you paid for, they fail. I purchased a rug and was told it would have to be brought in on the next truck. I was told it would come in on Thursday. I called on Thursday, and they said they don't have a Thursday truck, but it would be in on Friday. I called on Friday and was told it would be in sometime next week.in the mean time, they have my money, I have no rug, the store manager is off on vacation, and the rest of the staff does not seem to care. Do not do business with these people. They lied to me twice, took my money, and I have nothing but frustration to show for it. Oh, did I mention that I could buy the same type and size rug somewhere else for half of the cost?
