"bad bad bad" customer service

We bought samsung 59" 3D t.V. And they told me to price match within 30days of purchase and i received their flyer for boxing day and when i took there they all refuse to price match it and the manager and all the staff on the floor were lying and wanted to get rid of me and told me that price match is not on limited qty sales product on the flyer and they cannot do anything and manager agreed that her staff is not trained well and she will talk to them.
