No delivery of Sealy mattress

We purchased a Sealy bed collection on 9/3 and paid additional for Sitting, 9/8, shipping. Received calls about 3-4 times confirming the shipping and period. Waited all of the evening and not got a phone that there could be NO shipping. Whenever we got somebody, all she might reveal was the factory was shut plus they would not provide. After speaking with people for four times we got a note the shipping could be 9/13 between 3-5 pm. I waited all morning but still no shipping/no telephone call. Lastly spoken to somebody at 6 who stated they'd come but no body was in the home. Lay... Why did not they contact among the two telephone #s which were on document? They rescheduled it for 9/19 - another week. I am not waiting any more. I named the National Customer Support # and terminated my purchase. I am likely to a bed shop - NOT Sears.
