Specifically, this is the Target on Halsey St in Gresham, Oregon. No cell service once you step away from the door.
Shopping is a cooperative experience. When trying to fill a need for a shut-in, it's a major nuisance to have to walk all the way to the door to ask about a color or a size. No Target store in my experience has cell-friendly construction or a cell repeater to help the customer.
Walmart has good cell service all the way to the back wall. Why can't Target?
