12 weeks and still no delivery

Dont buy from the corporation! Bought a family room and dinning area collection on June 18th. Nowadays is Sept 1st 2012 and we still haven't gotten our purchase. We were informed at differing times that items had proven up broken at their factory. Every time we spoke to somebody it had been another account. No body replies the telephone so when you ultimately do get ahold of these they set you on-hold until you receive disconnected. Talked with lee ann the client support supervisor who assured us issues could be in quickly and shipping might occur. On planned shipping time they turned up late with lost items and when again stating it had been broken. No body named in advance to inform us. After I spoke with customer support they appeared to not treatment. I visited the shop and also the store-manager wouldn't stop my purchase or return me the costs. He explained I had a need to delay 72 hours. I'll be calling the BBB and my lawyer. Dont buiy out of this business!
