Previously year I've equipped my condo from MARLO in 2 individual excursions. First journey was ok, great sales costs. Bought a sofa and seat. Got the mattress at no cost, bought bed and box springs. No issues.
In The President's Evening purchase, I bought a television torso, coffee-table, bureau and 7 item dining area collection. I got a tape measure to guarantee the items might match. I used about 2 hours using the salesman, and requested lots of concerns. Twice I inquired if all furniture could be constructed. He said yes. I inquired when they might transfer it digital gear towards the new torso. He said yes. I paid money.
Once The furniture was shipped, I had been informed they might not transfer technology and may not come up with the dining area collection, though they built the coffee table.
I called MARLO 24 hours later and reported. The client support representative couldn't precisely get my client signal, I'd to replicate it 4 times. I kept wondering to talk to a supervisor. The repetition set me on-hold twice, and lastly stated "Ma'am, I actually donot understand what to express for you." I simply about screamed to place the supervisor about the telephone.
The supervisor arrived on, and that I discussed anything again. I suggested that for whatever cause the purchase was misrepresented, and that I desired to understand how these were likely to look after it. The supervisor apologized and stated they'd deliver me a $50 gift certificate. Bad, but ok. Up to now, I've not obtained the gift certificate.
Bad, poor, poor customer support! Don't purchase from MARLO!
