In December I bought a family room collection. The sofa was sent damaged. Not really a huge deal in the beginning, they will simply provide a brand new one right? INCORRECT! It got them 2.5 weeks to obtain a different one in-stock. They sent it also it was more broken compared to first one. They attempted providing 3 more within the next 2 weeks - ALL BROKEN! I'd enough and desired to return anything I purchased. They explained I'd to pay for A - 20% restocking charge. I went ballistic. They NEVER supplied me having a completely new couch. I named every single day for 2.5 months to consult with the Client Service Manager (Marie Orange) who had been never "accessible". However they provided me 15PERCENT andthen 20% discount (that was a punch within the encounter) which just she might approve. I'd to shout at customer support representatives for just two months in order for them to ultimately accept provide me all my $ back. They still wouldnt return the shipping cost (80). Today after I returned in to the shop to really get my return their program is along. 3 times today, I've no furniture plus they nevertheless have my $. The repetition within the shop was the rudest girl about the experience of our planet (rockville area). Never buy anything from this store actually! You'll 100% regret it.
