I bought a mattress and bed collection out of this shop. While handyman selected it-up for me personally they delivered the incorrect thing. The salesman obviously was simply inside it for that fee. I'd to pay for this individual $50.00 to choose it-up and set it-up for me personally because I'm on impairment and not able to get it done for myself. After calling them back along with a week and half later... They acquired the mattress and served as though they did me a benefit by not getting me a return/collection charge. I purchased another mattress from the diverse organization, needed to spend that guy another $50.00 to collection and construct a different one. They WOn't pay me the very first $50.00 due to their error. Spoke to corp. Office in Iowa who referred me back again to the Columbia shop. This really is a maximum of a fraud, bad customer support, and only plain wrong!
