The Bed Factory didn't recognize the guarantee / confirmed total insufficient customer support.
I bought a brand new Serta bed from Bed Factory last year. I had been informed the bed had a-10-year guarantee.in I started to have severe back discomfort and observed substantial depressions on both sides of the bed. I submitted a guarantee state along with a statement from the impartial inspector had established a structural assistance disappointment.
