On 2/14 I requested a California King 3" solution mattress cover. I obtained a confirmation email having a reference range. They stated I ought to obtain it by 3/2. It is 3/8 and I have nothing. I attempted to contact twice and also the saving stated that the delay could be over one hour every time I named. That has time for you to delay on-hold for an hour or so? The website stated that I really could examine "my consideration" online for that standing of my purchase... WRONG!!! If does not actually display that I'd bought something in "my bill." I eventually found an email address, and so I emailed and obtained an answer. It suggested that my product had delivered via advantages and offered me a tracking number. I examined with UPS monitoring, also it wasn't any tracking variety of theirs. I've since e mailed twice and also have yet to obtain a reaction from anybody. I want I'd read all the grievances before I bought something from their website. I'd have looked elsewhere. The things they are performing to people is completely NO WAY TO OPERATE A COMPANY!!! I really hope I'm not only "out-of fortune." Easily need to stop my purchase, it'll possibly consider an "work of congress" becaues the website claims to make contact with them. I've not had the opportunity to achieve that however, and so I do not hold on any expectations. This insufficient customer support ISIS annoying and only plain wrong!
