I bought two (2) full-size platform beds and two (2) full-size John Foam beds from Overstock.com. Both bedrooms came with flaws. A cell about the first mattress along with a part train about the next mattress was broken and we can not make use of the middle help train for either mattress since the openings do not complement using the panel program the assistance train is assume to become attached to. The containers the two (2) damaged items were in were also broken.
I spoke to two (2) Customer Support Representatives concerning the faulty furniture and all I kept receiving was "provide us the advantages tracking numbers". I gave them the only real advantages tracking figures that I'd obtained roughly four (4) occasions, however the figures I offered them did not be seemingly the advantages tracking figures these were searching for.in the beginning they served as though they desired to be useful. The following point I understand, we are caught within this "endless cycle" of "provide us the advantages tracking numbers". BTW, the advantages tracking figures I offered them would be the advantages tracking figures they delivered to me via a contact.
I wont purchase from their website again!!
