I worked here for 4 years in sales. They only care about warranty numbers which by the way is the BIGGEST scam. They get your money and then will find a loophole as to why your furniture isn't covered under warranty. The sales people are straight commission and will lie to your face to get your money and then don't care when you have issues with their products. Most furniture is made overseas and falls aparts, cushions sag, or word cracks. Please please don't waste your money no matter how good the sales person tells you the furniture is. Save your headaches and shop at sears or Leon's.
