Telephone constantly busy, can't get through to provide information needed

I have to offer data for that shipping of my couch however the point is continually active all day and morning. What type of company is it, should you can't-get through and supply the required info? Are they so hectic or simply quit the telephone off the catch? Really frustrating!!!
