Jenifer Convertibles promised to service my couch last year between March and May. I had only owned the couch for less than five months and the frame failed. They quoted me 18 weeks to get the parts. But they conveniently forgot to order the parts and want me to wait another 18 weeks for service. Their strategy is to wear out the consumer until they finally throw in the towel.
Buyer beware! Please read the BBB rating of this company. It's an "F"!!
