Macy's agreed to exchange a faulty mattress, they did w/o incident. The second mattress, (same brand/model) turned out to also be faulty. Before sending a third mattress which we picked out to replace the second faulty mattress, they demanded payment for the third one saying we would get a refund for the second one after it was picked up.
Now they have charged our credit card again, for another mattress and we can't get hold of anyone to find out why the third charge was put in to our credit card. They did not notify us or ask if it was OK to charge the card.
