I requested an item online; was informed it had been in-stock along with a following email established this. Five days later after I delivered from being outoftown, the merchandise hadn't appeared. After I named them, I discovered it'd not really delivered. "Perhaps it is resting in a container within the factory someplace, " I had been informed by customer support. Only if I talked having a boss was I provided rush (not overnight) delivery at no cost.
