I looked for Jif Reduced Fat 40oz Creamy Peanut Butter spread, and couldn't find it. I told the clerk, Stephen, and he did his best to help, but couldn't. He asked me to fill out a card, and I was so surprised to get a phone call from the grocery manager, Will, who also is doing his best to help. I think this sort of attentiveness from each of them is unusual, and surely appreciated.
