Rude Customer Service at Target, Cerritos CA - poor service

On Saturday January 7 mid afternoon, my sister and myself went to Target located on Bloomfield in Cerritos to return a couple of items and I wanted to purchase a new camera. From the moment we walked into the customer service area, the cashier by the name of Cindy had this dreadful look on her face like she did not want to help us. It was completely empty, absolutely no line. Well, my sister proceeded to return a pair of shoes and the Cindy with a sour look on her face did not ask me sister as to whether or not she wanted store credit or the balance to go back to her debit card. She just handed my sister a gift card. So I said you know you didn't even ask her what she would like to do. And she got loud and said well she didn't say. What kind of customer service is that? A manager by the name of Richard C. Came in and asked her step out and she said NO, she was going to finish the transaction. What kind of person says no to their manager? And what kind of manager just excuses it? He didn't even apologize to me for her attitude. I told him that I would like to make a complaint, so he handed me a little complaint index card, which I did fill out in the store and I gave it back to him prior to me leaving. For all I know he just threw my complaint away, again he did not apologize for my experience. I am a frequent and loyal shopper of Target. That day alone I spent about $300, the good thing was I did find my camera. As for shopping at that location again, I think not.
