No product after purchase!

I bought a bed collection supported having a headboard and foot-board set on 1/6/08. Our purchase was established for shipping on 1/9/08. I obtained a phone on 1/8/08 stating that the bed would be delivered on 1/9/08 but without the accompanying headboard/foot board set due to manufacturer backorder. I mentioned that used to do not need to get the bed until I'd be getting the headboard and foot-board inside the two-week wait because of manufacturer backorder. I had been informed that I'd obtain this by 1/23/08 and therefore I proceeded with bed shipping. The very first issue was that I waited for shipping after which got a phone stating they forgot to fill it about the vehicle. I used a whole evening waiting after which needed to consider a later date down for shipping. It was a little problem however the bigger problem arrived later when 14 days later I'd obtained no-call about the shipping of my headboard/foot-board. I tried calling the shop the whole evening of 1/24/08 without any solution. I then proceeded to contact another area and was informed they did not understand why I had been not educated they no further cope with the maker and could be not able to get the item bought. I had been also informed that my sales person no further worked for that organization which area had new administration. I approached administration on 1/25 and not obtained a call-back. I waited until 1/27 after which visited the shop to talk to the supervisor. The supervisor of the shop explained the pc stated the merchandise was on back-order which he couldn't assist me until Friday when he'd have the ability to keep in touch with customer support. I had been advised I'd get a call-back on 1/28/08 from him but I really could contact customer support myself and attempt to solve the problem. I never heard back from administration on 1/28 or 1/29. I named customer support on 1/30 and was informed the company-no longer caused the maker and was informed I'd get a phone from Area Administration. I did so get a phone in the Executive Director of Area Administration who explained they might e ffer me another item because of the producer getting the item on backorder. I named the maker and was educated the merchandise wasn't on backorder. Hence, personally I think I had been again fooled by Bed Factory. Nevertheless, it was in the Government Area and corporate-level. I've yet to determine whether I'll consider the alternative provided. I'd not have bought the bed from them when the headboard and foot-board I picked wasn't transported by them. I'm confused regarding the way the real producer, corporate customer support and administration at an alternate department may state that they no further use these products manufacturer but area administration and area administration state it's on backorder. It has been the worst-case of client service I've actually experienced from any organization-particularly one which prides themselves in customer support.
