Bought leather family room furniture last year. Bought the Guardsman Safety strategy. The colour generally is cleaning off the supply of the loveseat. Delivered an application to Guardsman, they delivered a notice declaring it had been not protected. Spoken to many in the shop, after twelve months the substance isn't protected!!! This isn't inexpensive furniture once we settled $5,000 for that collection. I'm completely surprised that Lazboy won't remain behind the qualoity and design of these products they market. They've gotten their last buck from me. I really could have invested half that amount of cash at every other furniture shop. Today, I'm informed by Lazboy I'll need to purchase a leather repair individual to come quickly to the home and hopefuuly will have the ability to complement and restore the colour that's coming down. This really is low quality once the shade of LEATHER simply rubs down!!!
