I've bought a leather family room collection by Natuzzi and after 11/2 years a back panel is coming out on my couch as well as the leather is pealing, breaking and also the shade is coming down. The shop I bought it at doesnt wish to consider the fault for this or does Natuzzi. The furniture was about 3400.00 also it wasn't inexpensive. I had been informed that I'm obtaining the best available. LOL! Exactly what a fraud! If anybody comes with an idea how I will combat this and obtain it changed or mounted, please let me understand. I've been battling using the shop for that previous 3 months.
