I bought a family room collection for around $3500. After 1 1/2, among my cushions required more support plus one of the hand-rests, the leather was ripping off. It got them a week in the future out to check out it, and another week to deliver somebody out to get the furniture. After 13 times, they cut back the furniture fealty, filthy, an entirely distinct shade set alongside the seat which was not obtained and it'd a cut-in the cushion they have done. I reported three months before they deliver somebody over here to check out it. I told them immediately, that I don't clear it till they emerge and appear at it, when the fix man arrived, he explained that people created it filthy which I had a need to have a brush and clear it perfectly. Exactly what a laugh right? Today after about a few months, the colour is coming down, the hand-rest continues to be damaged (they set it 2x today) and there's also a panel within the back of the sofa that keeps coming out. I obtained a phone from administration today and he or she explained " There's nothing that people can do about that", I held coping with Keri, and that I obtained a phone from Stacy today. I expected her why she's contacting me, but she was simply rude and would not actually speak with me, all she kept saying was that she'll not do something about this. After a number of days off-work to look after this, several sleepless nights over this, I'd like my furniture changed or I'd like my cash back. I bought an additional warranty that's said to be addressing any issues with the leather or even the furniture itself, however for some cause, nothing is protected under guarantee, also thou they done all this previously. Fascinating!!! I approached Natuzzi, producer of the furniture, and that I was informed that their guarantee is useless since I've been utilizing the cleaner (Craft Truck Solution) that I had been offered after I purchased the furniture.
