Purchased furniture at Provide 123 from Culebra/1604 in mid-February and was informed furniture wouldn't be accessible for shipping until mid-March. Once the factory approached us to routine shipping they put up a period framework between 1pm and 3pm. They eventually came to provide the furniture one hour and half overdue at4:30 pm. Lastly on March 29th, at 10:00 PM (YOUR DAY BEFORE THE WARRANTY EXPIRED) I obtained a phone from Matt stating he had a need to plan something phone but he just created support calls on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 11am-2pm. The was simply no means we're able to do this, we'd to both focus on Thursday and being educated of the only 2 hours before night we were not able to alter our routine. After Paul (the specialist) hadnot proven up by 11:30am we named him and he decided to come before 3pm. After he'dnot proven up AGAIN we tried calling many times without any solution with no return phone. At 4pm we named the warehouse and requested to talk to Matt or Eric who're the homeowners of Provide 123 and also the factory. After making many communications and never obtaining a return phone we were ultimately ready to achieve Eric. He informed us he could not get ahold of Paul, but he'd attempt to get us on his routine. I told him that Mike had named us at 10:00 pm and had previously failed on two efforts in a support phone or perhaps a telephone call to see us he wouldn't have the ability to make it. Therefore essentially, when they do get back the furniture I've to pay for 15% for having faulty furniture trying out room in my own home. It isn't like I simply chose to not maintain the furniture. I've gone far above to try and solve this problem, without any avail. I'm beyond disappointed at this time. It's a disgrace this is what we get for attempting to help locally-owned small company. Exactly what a LARGE error!!
