We'd been searching for furniture for weeks and had definitely dropped in deep love with a specific family room collection from Ashley Furniture. On March 1st, we visited Ashley Furniture on Rockford, Illinois and selected what we desired. We chose to perform a 90-Evening just like money through RAC and we were happy at that time. We received a shipping day for that end-of March. I obtained a telephone call from Ashleyis customer support on the Sunday, per week before shipping, to verify the delivery day. That subsequent Thursday, I obtained another phone from Ashleyis customer support declaring that my shipping had been terminated as a result of backorder on my pursuit bar which it'd be one more week. No problem. Subsequently, the next Thursday, I obtained another telephone call article-poning my shipping AGAIN for that same cause! Lastly, I obtained a verification telephone call on Friday (the following day), stating they could be out to provide my furniture on Friday. Since I have needed to function and my spouse was outoftown, I'd my cousin below to meet up the deliverymen. Once they were below for around 45 units, I obtained a telephone call from my cousin stating they introduced my 2 couches, my 2 endtables and my coffee-table, but no pursuit bar!!! I informed her to maintain the shipping men at my home till I called back. I named Ashleyis customer support and questioned that which was happening. I was informed they recognized that day the pursuit bar nevertheless was not in, and they would need to plan a separate shipping day. To top everything down, I had been informed that I'd need to purchase the extra shipping. Therefore, I told them I had been delivering the deliverymen back with all the furniture which I needed my cash back. I subsequently named my cousin and informed her to create them place the furniture back within the vehicle and go back. About five minutes later, I obtained a telephone call from Ashley declaring they might renounce my charge for that next shipping easily held the furniture. Jeez... CHEERS!!! Obviously, I'd to hold back another month for my pursuit bar. Lastly, I'd all my furniture! Sadly, the stress wasn't around. After six months, we changed our couches around because we were primarily utilizing just one at the same time. After of a month, we began realizing nutsandbolts on the ground beneath the base of our couch. Subsequently, the filling began driving up in the footrest in to the support. For 5 weeks, I had been obtaining the runaround, within the telephone as well as in the shop. Ashley was placing the fault on RAC and RAC was placing the fault on Ashley. Main point here is the fact that there's a-one year manufacturers guarantee with Ashley on the furniture. I had been ultimately informed from the Rockford shop area that my furniture was under guarantee for 12 months in the shipping day which I had a need to contact the client support point to setup a romantic date and period for anyone to emerge and appear at my furniture. I named customer support and was informed that they can not do something for me personally! Here we move again... I subsequently went through the shop again and also to no real surprise, I had been provided the runaround. Lastly, I had been informed that my guarantee was just great in the date I arrived to the shop and bought the furniture... NOT in the shipping day! This indicates as though they did anything they might not to need to emerge below and wouldn't provide me a right solution till it was too late for me personally to complete something about this. I will have to spend of wallet to possess this couch mounted. I'll be calling the BBB in addition to WTVO17 information to obtain the term available that Ashley isn't the best way to proceed. I'd hate to determine another person proceed through what we experienced. I'll NEVER PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY AGAIN! I would rather lay on a cardboard box.
