Requested furnishings from their Langley Park, doctor shop in Nov. 2011 & used their [layaway] to create my funds. Shipping/Transport was contained in the selling price & I had been aimed to call-in per week just before my ultimate cost to go over delivery. Obtained a phone the week of 1/15, to inform me that my furniture was within the factory which easily desired to, I really could have my furniture sent. After I discussed that I'd be spending by check, I had been educated that I'd need to delay 10 times for this to clear & when I had been ready in the future directly into create a cost or call in watts / my charge card, that may accelerate the procedure.

I called the shop on 02/01, (after simply because the check had been already prepared/removed), & talked with Victor, (after talking t / another person who in the beginning informed me that my furniture might be shipped in two times after which informing me, no I'd to hold back), who focused me to call-in the AM & consult with "Mr. Dana" to determine about expediting my shipping, (when I had compensated having a 'Bank' draft and never an individual check). On 2/2, spoke with "Dana", who informed me that he could not schedule delivery before the 11th, (and wasn't sure why Victor told me otherwise). He assured me that somebody might contact me about the 10th to provide me a-4-time shipping schedule.

From The moment I recognized that no body had named me, it had been following the company had currently shut on 02/10, so I named this day (02/11), at 9:00am and was informed my furniture wasn't within the shop/factory and thus, there could be no method that I had been informed that my furniture could be shipped today. After I questioned the woman, (who later explained that she was the Boss on-call as Dana wasnot in), and informed her that Dana herself had planned my furniture shipping, she extended to inform me that she wasnot sure why I'd've been informed that as there was no furniture within the factory/shop.

While I discussed that I'd observed they have a brief history of issues as it pertains to shipping, (along with other problems), and I'm prepared to document case easily need to, the woman explained to feel free, I am still not receiving my furniture today.

I am seriously interested in trying to document case, because it appears they have no respect due to their potential prospects. They actually have an "Y" score using the BBB, because they neglect to react to and/or solve grievances delivered to their interest.
