I bought a "leather" loveseat and couch in the Turnersville, NJ Ashley in 2007.inside the first 6 months the conclusion was ripping off the rear of the loveseat. Following a year of numerous telephone calls and support visit mistakes they changed it last year. Annually 5 later the same is occurring towards the back combined with the base support area is coming down. It's a waste of time calling again to simply obtain a run-around. I'll never buy another furniture piece from Ashley again. POOR Low Quality furniture!!!
