Failure to honor extended warranty!

We purchased an extremely costly leather family room set comprising a, love-seat and couch end platforms a coffee-table and one more material seat that matched the collection. The fixed charges a large number of pounds. Not really 2 yrs previous the body about the couch breaks. We'd bought the prolonged guarantee, which charge people countless buck more, at that time of purchase so we were informed there could be "not a problem" receiving that mounted. Which was December when I create it's March 8th. Th couch continues to be not set and we'venot noticed from their store in over 2 weeks. They did originally deliver a couple out towards the home twice before Holiday neither which could do anything-but consider the seat. They did not actually defeat the part number. We'd to examine underneath the seat on the following contact and appear it-up therefore the component might be requested. After I examined in Jan I had been informed the component could be it by January 28th plus they could be out soon after that to complete the fix. I simply got off being paid to an telephone email prison answering device after being in line for around 20 minutes. Their customer support is terrible and that I need anybody and everybody to understand it so that they wont need to withstand what we have been through.
