The drawer handles on our new dresser began breaking off in our hands, only a few months after our purchase. I contacted customer service and they refused to even ship some handles and I could install them. I don't expect to get anything from them now, just making others aware of their low quality and lack of customer service. Cheap prices and a fancy finish don't hide the substandard garbage they are selling the public.
