I received a $169 purse from wbags. After one week, I noticed that the handle seals of the purse started coming off and finally, the handles started tearing across. I have been in correspondence with their customer service, but they just gave me dead ends because I did not report & return the merchandise within three days from the time I received it. They make claims on theri website that their products are of utmost quality but the consumer loses out if their merchandise breaks after 3 days. I just asked for a rpalcement of the handles, not the whole purse but they simply turned me down. After the handles tear across all the way through, the $169 purse will just go to waste. There was no effort on their part to rectify the situation.
