Wanted to compliment your cashier, Helen, for her amazing customer service.
I visit this particular location very often and it never ceases to amaze me that every time I see this particular cashier she is totally customer oriented. Talks to every customer, is sincere, and very friendly. Today, I visited and she told me she wasn't feeling well and yet she continues to smile and greet customers as if she is feeling great!
As a retail manager myself, it was refreshing to see the kind of customer service that every store manager can only hope for in their associates.
My advice, keep her happy cause she is surely keeping your customers happy. She is truly an asset to your team! Good job team relations for the remarkable hire!!!
