I purchased some Spring Air Beds from J.C. Penneys in 2008. The bed began to drop on each aspect, creatures that I consider 130 occasionally less barely more. Once the bed began to drop I'd change them around, these were cushion top and that I settled a whoppin $900.00 dollars for them. Nicely when the bed had a visible drop inside it, I purchased a bed foam to determine if perhaps that will aid. Nicely after anything I did so was to no avail I decided I'd begin looking in CUSTOMER GRIEVANCES and there I came across several grievances concerning the exact same mattress collection I purchased and many grievances about J.C. PENNEYS concerning these bed. I would like to first let you know that I'm 57 yrs old and also have had 4 failed back operations, and also have been identified as having DEGENERATIVE SPINE/OSTEO-ARTHRITIS. I can not rest on any bed having a big drop in the centre. I actually donot understand easily may but I'm likely to attempt to connect some pictures with this specific CRITICISM. Well I named the shop plus they got my info and informed me somebody might enter contact with me. I waited, and waited and lastly I named the 1-800 number again plus they explained somebody might contact me within the next times. I eventually obtained a phone from an inspector from the J.C. PENNEYS and he questioned me if he might emerge and appear in the bed. He arrived and did an examination of the bed and believed to me the rises within the bed wasn't anymore great, he calculated the pit where I've to rest having a poor back and also the pit was 1 1/2 inch deep. I simply wonder if anybody at the very top of penneys company is sleeping on the bed they bought from their website having a pit that deep inside it. After about 6 times used to do not notice back from anybody and about the 6 evening I named plus they explained they didn't possess the statement however. About the 9th morning I called back plus they questioned me to put on on to get a second so when they delivered towards the telephone they explained I had been ENTITLED TO A RESELECT.

Nicely i should let you know the way the reselect process works. You go back to the store you purchased the mattress and you choose out your bed so when you can the counter to switch the mattress and that's when you're hit with the bombshell.

You've to cover your collection in the counter and new delivery charges. Whenever your bed are delivered and the aged bed obtained back to the warehouse and checked in (they provide you with no date the warehouse will check your aged bed in) each time they are checked in you'll get a return look for the aged bed they acquired. This may take upto 14 days to occur. I have no idea about someone else but i'm on disability and get ssi. I don't have 900.00 bucks to simply enter the store and purchase additional bed after i ought to be issued another set for the same amount that i bought those that was flawed. I talked with the sales lady and she named jc penney customer support dept and they'd not try to work well with me, plus they then proceeded i'd thirty days to complete this transaction. I'll much less long when i reside purchase another thing from jc penney and that i have informed all my loved ones, buddies, facebook buddies, myspace friends and every other website recognized to the website in today. I ask everyone that purchase at penneys never to ever get close to the bed department. Until they wish to be stolen from. They're no better than a theif taking from an invalid. This same problem goes worldwide the moment i will get addresses of everybody i want. I expected them to matter me a store credit and i would like to employs the store credit to buy the bed, when they were focused on the aged bed at my house, once they found deliver the new one when the old weren't here take the new ones back, i actually asked them to come and get those i've at my house 1st after which deliver others. They said no to everything. And so i am stuck with a few j.C. Penney faulty bed that i settled 900.00 for.
