I bought a room collection from Frankis in North Plainfield, NJ, these were suggested with a friend who'd requested from their website (David, NJ shop) but hadn't yet received his furniture. A week ago he explained his furniture was shipped and 5 of the 7 items weren't simply broken, these were killed. I was only a little anxious about my shipping but optimistic that it was an isolated event... IT WAS NOT.
Our room collection was shipped today and there have been two shattered items. They initially desired me to hold back 14 days to get a specialist in the future out to repair the items... Fix, did not I purchase fresh material!
After much shouting on my component, they decided to provide fresh items on Wednesday... Let us observe how that calculates.
Lesson learned, Frank's Furniture is cheap since it is INEXPENSIVE!!!
