I requested bedroom furniture in the Concord, CA shop in Nov worth $2,000, they cashed my check the following day, just a few items were shipped in late Dec using the remaining two-pieces "broken". They stated it'd be shipped in early January. No-follow-up from their website. I've named 2 times since, remaining communications, with no you have delivered my phone. I needed to-order more furnishings from Ashley, but won't today. I'd like my furniture TODAY! Awful customer support. Can easily see today what type of shop they're in reading many of these additional grievances.
